  • NIA CARDIO DANCE~Nia  is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. It’s based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes – body, mind, heart, emotions, and spirit.
  • SELF-COMPASSION YOGA~The slow compassionate stretches stimulate deep connective tissues, the muscles, the bone, and the fascia throughout the bodyIt involves mental focus placed upon feeling the breath and muscles and actively bringing in SOFTEN, SOOTH, ALLOW concepts from the Mindful Self-Compassion Course.   • BARRE  (pronounced “bär”) CLASs:
    Barre fitness is a low-impact class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Strengthening and toning inner/outer thighs, core, arms and knees. 1-3 pound weights or no weights at all. No Bar needed just a chair 🙂
